Really clunky user interface. Credit card input is not linked the ewallets like other apps, meaning you need to manually input your card number each time. Would not use it if not for the deals. App does not allow to redeem of coupons. Ask to input a valid coupon code when I'm literally clicking on the redeem button of the coupon itself. App is one of the worst among the fast food chains. Would rather check the other apps for deals.

The app is clunky (slow and unresponsive), often crashes, and often it is easier to just order from the kiosk. The shops might not even register that you made an order through the app. There is no real reason to use it. Beside it being the only way to redeem certai is vouchers. But the entire experience is not worth it. You are sposed to use the app to order ahead but the 'track your order' feature doesn't work Just go to other shops if you really want your fried chicken fix. There are plenty

App had a little bit of delay, which was fine, but at the checkout option, there wasn't even a box to message if I wanted more chilli sauce or if I wanted my burger without certain toppings/condiments. Plus there wasn't an option to upgrade your fries to cheese fries. McDonalds has this option, and if you want to stay ahead of your competitors, you should be doing the same. Long story short, I ordered McDonalds instead. Cheaper delivery charge, able to accommodate to special requests. End of.
